is currently well known in Russia and abroad as the education center in Obninsk that offers training and occupational retraining to workers from an array of industries representing different regions of Russia, as well as other countries.

The CICE&T complex consists of the 4-storey educational building and the 7-storey hotel with the connecting passage between them:

		The education building includes: conference rooms accommodating 100, 200 and 500 people and equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video capabilities and hardware and software to conduct Internet videoconferencing; computer classrooms with state-of-the-art PCs hooked up to the Internet network; premises for deployment of moving exhibitions; the scientific and technical library; the publishing unit with up-to-date reproducing and printing equipment; the cafeteria for150 people and the banquet room for 25 people.


		The hotel accommodates up to 300 persons (single, double rooms and superior rooms) at the rates from 1500 to 4700 rubles. The hotel has a connecting passage with the educational building. There is a room dedicated for religious worship. The hotel has a restaurant, café-bar, sports facilities including a gymnasium with fitness machines, a sauna and guarded parking.
